01. Hybrid Seed Production
Transitioning from production of seeds of open-pollinated varieties to the development of high-yielding, climate-adapted hybrid maize varieties from CIMMYT, and the subsequent bulking of parental line seeds and production of high-quality hybrid seeds in South Sudan.
02. Commercial Grain Farming
Increased commercial farming of maize through contract farming scheme that avails accessible quality extension services and affordable agricultural inputs, and ready grain market to supply local food processors, stabilize market supply, and feed downstream milling channels.
03. Tractor Hire & Mechanization
Deploying heavy machinery for farmland clearance and commercial tillage services to increase farmlands and production levels profitably.
04. Industrial Milling & Value Addition
Processing maize grains into top-grade branded maize flour and nutritious animal feed byproducts, significantly reducing national reliance on food imports.
